الملخص

   يعرضُ هذا البحث مفهومَي الترجيح والاختيار، ثم يستعرضُ صِيغ ووجوه الترجيح والاختيار عند الحاكم الجشمي التي استعملها في تفسيره، والتعرُّض باختصار بالتعريف بالمؤلِّف وتفسيره (التهذيب)، كما يهدف البحث إلى تحقيق عدة أمور، من أهمها: بيان مدى عناية الحاكم الجشمي بقواعد الترجيح في تفسيره، كما تكمن أهميته أيضًا في تقييم منهج الحاكم الجشمي في الترجيح بين الأقوال من خلال تفسيره التهذيب، وأما المنهج الذي اتبعه الباحث فهو المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، وأخيرًا خُتِمَ البحثُ بخاتمةِ تضمَّنت أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصَّلتُ إليها في بحثي هذا، ومن أهمها: أنَّ الترجيح لا يكون إلا عند ورود أكثر من قول في تفسير الآية أو بيان المراد منها، ثم قائمة بالمصادر والمراجع التي أفدت منها في هذا البحث.

Abstract

This research presents the concepts of weighting and choice, and then reviews the formulas and aspects of weighting and choice at Al-Hakim Al-Jashmi that he used in his interpretation, and briefly defining the author and his interpretation (Al-Tahtheeb). It is also important In evaluating Al-Hakim Al-Jashmi approach to weighting between sayings through his interpretation of Al-Tahtheeb, and the approach followed by the researcher is the inductive-analytical approach, and finally the research was concluded with a conclusion that included the most important results and recommendations that I reached in this research, the most important of which is: The weighting is only when more From a saying in the interpretation of the verse or an explanation of what is meant by it, then a list of the sources and references that I have benefited from in this research.
