هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأسس النظرية لـ "تدويل التعليم الجامعي"، والمتمثلة في مفهوم "التدويل" من حيث النشأة، وتطور منهجية التدويل، وأهدافه، ومعوقاته، وطرق التغلب عليها.  

اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي والوصفي كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات بمساندة أسلوب تحليل المحتوى، وتناولت الدراسة مفهوم "التدويل" وعلاقته بـ"العولمة"، من خلال عرض مراحل تطور التعليم الجامعي، وتطور منهجية التدويل، وكذلك عرض مفهوم "التدويل" من منظور أكاديمي، ومن خلال منظور المنظمات الدولية، ثم دور "التدويل" أثناء جائحة كوفيد 19، التي أحدثت خللًا في مجال التعليم، تعززعلى إثرها مفهوم التعليم والتعلم عن بعد "التدويل المنزلي"، وعرض أهداف "التدويل" وأهميته و ومعوقاته وطرق لتغلب عليها، وذلك بغرض تحقيق مستقبل تنموي أفضل لتعليم جامعي دولي ريادي متميز.

Abstract

    The study aimed to identify the theoretical foundations for the "internationalization of university education", represented in the concept of "internationalization" in terms of its origin, the development of the internationalization methodology, its objectives, obstacles, and ways to overcome them.

     The study adopted the historical and descriptive approach as a main tool for data collection with the support of the content analysis method, The study dealt with the concept of "internationalization" and its relationship to "globalization", by presenting the stages of development of university education, and the development of the internationalization methodology, As well as presenting the concept of "internationalization" from an academic perspective, and through the perspective of international organizations; Then the role of “internationalization” during the Covid-19 pandemic, Presenting the objectives of "internationalization", its importance, obstacles and ways to overcome them, With the aim of achieving a better development future for a distinguished pioneering international university education.
