مقصد حفظ الجماعة في العبادات دراسة مقاصدية تطبيقية

الملخص

يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان مقصد من مقاصد الشريعة، وهو مقصد حفظ الجماعة، وذلك من خلال النظر في تحقيق العبادات لهذا المقصد، ورعاية الشارع لهذا المقصد من خلال النظر في العبادات، ومسائلها المتنوعة، وقد جاء هذا البحث في مقدمة، وتمهيد وأربعة مطالب، وخاتمة.

       فأما المقدمة فذكرت فيها أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره، ومنهج البحث، وخطته، وأما التمهيد فبينت فيه المراد بحفظ الجماعة، وأما المطالب الأربعة ففي مشروعية الجماعة للصلوات، ثم في مشروعية صلاة الخوف، ثم في مشروعية الزكاة، ثم في مشروعية الحج، وفي الخاتمة ذكرت أهم نتائج البحث.

Abstract

This research aims to state a purpose of sharia, the purpose of preserving the community, by considering the realization of worship for this purpose, and taking care of the sharia for this purpose by considering worship, and its various issues, which came in the introduction, preparation and four demands, and a conclusion.

The introduction mentioned the importance of the subject and the reasons for its choice, the method of research and its plan, and the preface to the meaning of preserving the community, and The four demands are the legitimacy of prayer in a group, then in the legitimacy of the prayer of fear, then in the legitimacy of zakat, then in the legitimacy of hajj, and in the end the most important results of the research are mentioned.
