تصور مقترح لتطوير دور الجامعات اليمنية في خدمة المجتمع في ضوء الاتجاهات العالمية الحديثة

الملخص

يؤدي التعليم دورا هاما في تطوير المجتمع وتنميته وذلك من خلال إسهام مؤسساته في تخريج الكوادر البشرية المدربة على العمل في كافة المجالات والتخصصات المختلفة وتعد الجامعة من أهم هذه المؤسسات حيث يناط بها مجموعة من الأهداف تتدرج تحت وظائف رئيسية ثلاثة هي (التعليم وإعداد القوي البشرية والبحث العلمي إضافة إلى خدمة المجتمع) ، هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على مفهوم الدراسة، وأهم أهداف الجامعة لخدمة المجتمع، وأهم الخدمات والأنشطة التي تقدمها الجامعة للمجتمع، ومن ثم عرض الخبرات العالمية المعاصرة في مجال خدمة الجامعة للمجتمع، ومن ثم وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير دور الجامعة في خدمة المجتمع في ضوء الاتجاهات العالمية الحديثة ، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، لاستقراء الأدبيات المعاصرة عربيا واجنبيا في هذا مجال.
