المعوقات التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا في كلية التجارة والاقتصاد جامعة عمران من وجهة نظرهم وسبل التغلب عليها

الملخص

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا في كلية التجارة والاقتصاد جامعة عمران من وجهة نظرهم وسبل التغلب عليها، وعلاقتها بالمتغيرات: النوع، التخصص، والمستوى الدراسي، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدم الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات اللازمة للبحث من عينة تكونت من (96) طالباً، وللإجابة عن التساؤلات واختبار الفرضيات المطروحة في البحث تم توظيف أساليب إحصائية متنوعة باستخدام برنامج (SPSS v.28)، ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: أن المعوقات التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا من وجهة نظرهم ككل جاءت بدرجة كبيرة"، وبمتوسط حسابي (3.69)، واحتلت المعوقات المالية المرتبة الأولى، تلتها في المرتبة الثانية المعوقات الذاتية، وجاءت في المرتبة الثالثة المعوقات الأكاديمية، بينما جاءت في المرتبة الرابعة المعوقات الإدارية، وفي المرتبة الخامسة والأخيرة المعوقات البحثية، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للمعوقات التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا من وجهة نظرهم تُعزى لمتغيري النوع، والتخصص، والمستوى الدراسي.

Obstacles Facing Graduate Students in the College of Commerce and Economics at Amran University from their Perspective and Ways to Overcome them

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the obstacles faced by graduate students in the College of Commerce and Economics at Amran University from their perspective, as well as ways to overcome them, and their relationship with the variables: gender, specialization, and academic level. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher followed a descriptive analytical approach and used a questionnaire as a tool to collect the necessary data from a sample of (96) students. To answer the questions and test the hypotheses presented in the study, various statistical methods were employed using the (SPSS v.28) program. Among the most prominent results obtained were that the obstacles faced by graduate students, from their perspective as a whole, came to a large extent, with a mean of (3.69). Financial obstacles ranked first, followed by self-related obstacles in the second rank, academic obstacles in the third rank, administrative obstacles in the fourth rank, and research obstacles in the fifth and last rank. The results also showed no statistically significant differences in the obstacles faced by graduate students, from their perspective, attributed to the variables of gender, specialization, and academic level.
