دور الأمم المتحدة في إدارة الأزمة اليمنية خلال الفترة 2011 ــ 2021م

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الأُمم المتحدة في إدارة الأزمة اليمنية خلال الفترة من 2011 ـــ 2021، وتقييم هذا الدور، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لجمع المعلومات ووصف أحداثها، وقد توصلت الدراسة للعديد من الاستنتاجات من أهمها: ضعف أداء الأمم المتحدة في تعاطيها مع النزاع والأزمة اليمنية، والمستوى الهش والضعيف وعديم التأثير والفاعلية في إدارة الأزمة اليمنية، وأن ضعف الأمم المتحدة أدى الى استمرار الصراع والأزمة وطول مداها الزمني، بالإضافة إلى اتساع دائرة التدخلات المباشرة الإقليمية والخارجية في النزاع اليمني وفقاً لمصالح خاصة، وكذلك تعرض آلية مجلس الأمن الدولي في الدبلوماسية الوقائية ومنع الأزمة من وقوعها ودرجة الاستجابة السريعة للحد من تداعياتها للنقد الشديد المستمر.

Abstract

The study aimed to identify and evaluate the role of the United Nations in managing the Yemeni crisis during the period from 2011 to 2021. The study relied on the descriptive approach to collect information and describe its events. The study came up with some conclusions, the most important of which are: the weak performance of the United Nations in dealing with the conflict and the Yemeni crisis, the fragile, weak, ineffective and ineffective level in managing the Yemeni crisis, the weakness of the United Nations has led to the continuation of the conflict and crisis and its long time span, in addition to the expansion of the circle of direct regional and external interventions in the Yemeni conflict according to special interests. It also exposes the UN Security Council mechanism in preventive diplomacy and preventing the crisis from occurring, and the degree of rapid response to limit its repercussions to the ongoing severe criticism.
