Abstract
This study aimed to measure the impact of electronic banking service quality dimensions (privacy, security, and reliability) on customer satisfaction among e-wallet application users in the Capital Secretariat of Sana’a. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, collecting data through an electronic questionnaire distributed to a convenience sample of 384 users. The findings revealed a statistically significant positive impact of the combined electronic banking service quality dimensions on customer satisfaction, with the model explaining 61.6% of the variance in satisfaction. The security dimension emerged as the most influential factor, followed by reliability and privacy. Additionally, the results indicated statistically significant differences in customer satisfaction levels attributable to demographic variables (age and duration of use), while no significant differences were found based on gender or educational qualification.
