البيئة والدراسات البيئية في السيميائية الحديثة

الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف العلاقة بين البيئة والدراسات البيئية والسيميائيات الحديثة، من خلال إبراز ما توفره السيميائيات من أدوات مفهومية ومنهجية لفهم الظواهر البيئية في أبعادها الطبيعية والثقافية. يوضح البحث أن السيميائيات الحديثة (من خلال اتجاهاتها الرئيسة مثل البيوسيميائيات والإيكوسيميائيات) أعادت تعريف البيئة بوصفها نظامًا سيميائيًا حيًا تتفاعل داخله الكائنات عبر شبكة من العلامات والمعاني، لا مجرد فضاء مادي أو حيوي. وأوضحت الدراسة أن إدماج البعد السيميائي في التفكير البيئي يتيح تجاوز الرؤية الاختزالية للطبيعة نحو رؤية شمولية تشاركية، تُسهم في بناء وعي بيئي وأخلاقي جديد. وترصد الدراسة أبرز الفرص والتحديات في هذا التكامل، مؤكدة أهمية تطوير مناهج بينية تجمع بين العلوم الطبيعية والإنسانية، وصولًا إلى تصور معرفي شامل للبيئة يدمج بين المعنى والحياة، والعلم والثقافة.

Environment and Environmental Studies in Modern Semiotics

Abstract

This study aimed to explore the relationship between the environment, environmental studies, and modern semiotics by highlighting the conceptual and methodological tools that semiotics provides for understanding environmental phenomena in their natural and cultural dimensions. The study showed that modern semiotics, through its main branches such as biosemiotics and ecosemiotics, has redefined the environment as a living semiotic system in which organisms interact through a network of signs and meanings, rather than merely a physical or biological space. The study demonstrated that integrating the semiotic dimension into environmental thought enables the transcendence of reductionist views of nature toward a holistic and participatory perspective that contributes to building a new environmental and ethical awareness. It also identified the main opportunities and challenges in this interdisciplinary integration, emphasizing the importance of developing approaches that bridge the natural and human sciences to achieve a comprehensive epistemological conception of the environment—one that unites meaning and life, science and culture.
