يهدف البحث على دراسة شخصية السيد عبدالملك الحوثي وتسليط الضوء على أبرز السمات القيادية التربوية التي امتلكها سواء على المستوى الشخصي أو العملي، والتي ظهرت بوضوح منذ طفولته وحتى اليوم، مما جعل منه قائداً بارزاً على الساحة المحلية والدولية والإقليمية. يسعى البحث أيضاً إلى فهم الدور الذي لعبته قيادته التربوية في دعم عملية "طوفان الأقصى"، بما في ذلك المشاركة العسكرية المباشرة، فرض قيود على الملاحة البحرية للسفن الإسرائيلية والأمريكية الداعمة لها، تنفيذ ضربات في عمق الأراضي الإسرائيلية، إغلاق ميناء إيلات، وتشجيعه للمشاركة في الفعاليات والمظاهرات المؤيدة لغزة. ويهدف البحث بشكل أساسي إلى تحليل خصائص القيادة التربوية لدى السيد عبدالملك الحوثي ودورها في دعم عملية "طوفان الأقصى". لتحقيق هذا الهدف، اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي لدراسة الموضوع. ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: مراحل تطور قيادة السيد عبدالملك الحوثي منذ عام 2005، التي تضمنت أربع مراحل رئيسة، وهي: مرحلة الدفاع عن المشروع، مرحلة توسع المشروع وتأسيس مكون "أنصار الله" السياسي وبناء الدولة، مرحلة الدفاع عن اليمن، ومرحلة الدفاع عن الأمة والشعب الفلسطيني في إطار دعم عملية "طوفان الأقصى".

كذلك، خلُص البحث إلى تحديد المبادئ التربوية التي شكلت دافعاً للسيد عبدالملك الحوثي لمساندة عملية "طوفان الأقصى"، ومن هذه المبادئ: الالتزام بالمسؤولية الدينية، وحدة الأمة الإسلامية، ونصرة القضية الفلسطينية بوصفها مظلومية إنسانية.

Characteristics of Mr. Abdul-Malik al-Houthi's Educational Leadership and its Role in Supporting Tufan al-Aqsa Operation

Abstract

The research aimed to study the personality of Mr. Abdul-Malik al-Houthi and to highlight the most prominent educational leadership traits that he possessed, whether on a personal or professional level, which have been clearly evident since his childhood up to now, which make him a prominent leader on the local, regional and international scene. The research also sought to understand the role played by his educational leadership in supporting "Al-Aqsa Flood" Operation, including direct military participation, imposing restrictions on the maritime navigation of Israeli and American ships supporting it, carrying out strikes deep inside Israeli territory, closing the port of Eilat and to participate in events and demonstrations in support of Gaza.The research primarily aims to analyze the characteristics of Mr. Abdul-Malik al-Houthi's educational leadership and its role in supporting the "Al-Aqsa Flood" operation. To achieve this objective, the researcher adopted a descriptive approach to study the topic. Among the most prominent findings of the research are: the stages of development of Mr. Abdul-Malik al-Houthi’s leadership since 2005, which included four main stages, namely: the stage of defending the project, the stage of expanding the project and establishing the “Ansar Allah” political component and building the state, the stage of defending Yemen, and the stage of defending the nation and the Palestinian people within the framework of supporting “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation. Furthermore, the research identified the educational principles that motivated Mr. Abdul-Malik al-Houthi to support "Al-Aqsa Flood" operation. These principles include: commitment to religious responsibility, the unity of the Islamic nation, and supporting the Palestinian case as a humanitarian injustice.
