ملامح الإدارة التعليمية في عصر المملكة المتوكلية اليمنية 1927-1962م (دراسة تحليلية وثائقية)

الملخص

 هدف البحث إلى التعرف على ملامح الإدارة التعليمية في عصر المملكة المتوكلية اليمنية (آل حميد الدين)، في الفترة 1927م-1962م، بشيء من التفصيل، باستخدام المنهج التاريخي والوصفي، معتمداً على مصادر جمع البيانات المتمثلة في الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة والوثائق الرسمية التي تم تحليلها واستنتاج معلوماتها. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: نشأت الإدارة التعليمية في عصر المملكة منذ العام 1927م، وأهم الخصائص التي اتسمت بها، كمركزية ولا مركزية الإدارة التعليمية، وأنها جماعية وطموحه وغيرها، والتعرف على مميزاتها، ومبادئها، ومن أهم وظائف الإدارة التعليمية التي طبقتها في عصرهم: التخطيط، والتنظيم، والتوجيه، والتنسيق، والرقابة، واتخاذ القرار. وخلص البحث أيضاً إلى توضيح أبرز ملامح الإدارة التعليمية في عصر المملكة من حيث: الهيكل التنظيمي، ومستويات الإدارة التعليمية، والسلم التعليمي، ومهام الإدارات التعليمية في عصرهم، والمشكلات التي واجهتها ووزارة المعارف. وفي ضوء ذلك أوصى البحث بضرورة تخصيص جزء من موارد الدولة للتعليم، والاستفادة من التجارب العالمية لتطوير التعليم في اليمن بما يتناسب مع هوية وطبيعة المجتمع اليمني المسلم.

Features of the Educational Administration in the Era of the Mutawakkilite Kingdom of Yemen 1927 - 1962

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the features of administration and educational planning in the era of the Mutawakkilite Kingdom of Yemen (A'al Hamid al-Din), during the period 1927-1962 AD in some detail, using the historical and descriptive approaches relying on data collection from sources represented in literature, previous studies, and official documents that were analyzed and deduced. Among the most important findings reached by the researcher are: educational administration emerged in the era of the Kingdom since the year 1927 AD, and the most important features that characterized included the centralization and decentralization of educational administration, it is collective and ambitious. Among the most important functions of educational administration implemented in their era included planning, organization, guidance, coordination, control, and decision-making. The study also concluded by clarifying the most prominent features of educational administration during the Kingdom's era, in terms of: the organizational structure, levels of educational administration, the educational ladder, the tasks of educational administration, the problems faced by the Ministry of Education. In light of this, the researcher recommended the necessity of allocating a portion of the state's resources to education and benefiting from international experiences to develop education in Yemen in a manner consistent with the identity and nature of Yemeni Muslim society.
