الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى فهم كيف يمكن للتكنولوجيا الحديثة أن تسهم في تحسين أداء وفعالية العمليات الرياضية وتطوير الاستراتيجيات المتعلقة بالتخطيط في الجمعيات والنوادي الرياضية. واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي المسحي وأداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، في حين تكونت العينة الاستطلاعية من 23 مسيرا، اما عينة الدراسة فتمثلت في 93 مسيرا للجمعيات والنوادي الرياضية. وقد أسفرت على نتائج من بينها: يمكن للذكاء الاصطناعي تحليل البيانات الرياضية بكفاءة عالية، مما يسمح بفهم نقاط القوة والضعف لدى اللاعبين والفرق. يمكن للتعلم الآلي التنبؤ بالأداء المستقبلي للاعبين بناءً على بياناتهم السابقة، مما يساعد في وضع خطط تدريب مخصصة. تستخدم الأنظمة المبنية على الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحليل مخاطر الإصابات وتحديد اللاعبين الأكثر عرضة للإصابة. تساهم هذه التقنيات في تطوير برامج تدريبية وتغذوية تهدف إلى تقليل مخاطر الإصابة وتحسين استعادة اللاعبين المصابين. يمكن للذكاء الاصطناعي تحليل بيانات الجمهور لتحديد أنماط الحضور والتفاعل، مما يساعد الأندية في وضع استراتيجيات تسويقية أكثر فعالية. وكذا بعض التوصيات أهمها: تنفيذ أنظمة التذاكر المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي والتي تستخدم التحليلات التنبؤية للتنبؤ بمستويات الحضور وتحسين استراتيجيات التسعير وتحسين تجربة المعجبين بشكل عام، ومع استخدام خوارزميات تعلم الآلة لتحليل بيانات تدفق الحشود وتحسين تخطيطات المكان لتحقيق السلامة والكفاءة، وبالتالي تبسيط إصدار التذاكر وإدارة الأماكن. استخدم خوارزميات الذكاء الاصطناعي والتعلم الآلي لتحليل مقاييس أداء اللاعب وتقارير الاستكشاف وبيانات الوسائط الاجتماعية لتحديد المواهب الواعدة واتخاذ قرارات التوظيف المستندة إلى البيانات، يساعد المؤسسات الرياضية على تحسين اكتشاف المواهب وتوظيفها. استخدام الأدوات الذكية لتحسين عمليات الجدولة والتنظيم للأحداث الرياضية، مما يقلل من التداخلات والمشاكل اللوجستية ويزيد من كفاءة الإدارة.

"The Role of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Enhancing Sports Planning Strategies in Sports Associations and Clubs in Algeria"

Abstract

The study aimed to understand how modern technology can contribute to improving the performance and effectiveness of sports operations and developing strategies related to planning in sports associations and clubs. We relied on the descriptive survey method and the questionnaire tool to collect data. The exploratory sample consisted of 23 managers, while the study sample consisted of 93 managers of sports associations and clubs. It has yielded results including: Artificial intelligence can analyze sports data very efficiently, allowing the strengths and weaknesses of players and teams to be understood. Machine learning can predict players' future performance based on their past data, helping in creating personalized training plans. Artificial intelligence-based systems are used to analyze injury risks and identify players most at risk of injury. These technologies contribute to the development of training and nutritional programs aimed at reducing the risk of injury and improving the recovery of injured players. AI can analyze audience data to determine attendance and interaction patterns, helping clubs develop more effective marketing strategies. There are also some recommendations, the most important of which are: implementing ticketing systems supported by artificial intelligence that use predictive analytics to predict attendance levels, improve pricing strategies, and improve the fan experience in general, and with the use of machine learning algorithms to analyze crowd flow data and improve venue layouts to achieve safety and efficiency, thus simplifying ticket issuance and venue management. AI and machine learning algorithms are used to analyze player performance metrics, scouting reports, and social media data to identify promising talent and make data-driven hiring decisions, helping sports organizations improve talent discovery and recruiting. Using smart tools to improve scheduling and organization processes for sporting events, reducing overlaps and logistical problems and increasing management efficiency.
