الازدحام وأثـره على أداء أقسام الطواري في المسـتشـفـيات دراسة ميدانية في هيئة مستشفى ذمار العام وطيبة الاستشاري

الملخص

           هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الازدحام على أداء أقسام الطوارئ في المستشفيات (التجهيزات المادية – الإجراءات الإدارية) لدى عينة من العاملين في هيئة مستشفى ذمار العام وطيبة الاستشاري، وبعينة قدرها (136) مفردة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكانت الاستبانة هي الأداة المستخدمة في جمع البيانات، لإجراء المعالجات الإحصائية تم استخدام الحزم الإحصائية (SPSS)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر للازدحام في أداء أقسام الطوارئ في المستشفيات.

Overcrowding and its impact on the Performance of Emergency Departments in Hospitals

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of congestion on the performance of hospitals )physical equipment – administrative procedures( among a sample of Dhamar General Hospital staff and the consultant's kindness of )136( individuals, and the study used the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was the tool used in data collection, to conduct statistical treatments statistical packages (SPSS( were used, the study found an impact of congestion in the performance of hospitals, and the study recommended the need to avoid congestion in hospitals and health centers to improve performance, as well as reduce the spread of diseases infectious.
