تفترض هذه الدراسة أن هناك أثر لحاضنات الأعمال على استدامة الشركات الناشئة في اليمن، ولغرض معرفة هذا الأثر تم تطبيق الدراسة على العاصمة صنعاء كونها المكان الذي توجد فيه الحاضنات، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الكمي من خلال الأسلوب الوصفي التحليلي، تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات، وبعد إجراء اختبارات الصدق والثبات تم انزالها على الشركات الناشئة التي سبق احتضانها في حاضنات الأعمال في أمانة العاصمة-صنعاء والبالغ عددها )102) شركة ناشئة وتم اختيارها بطريقة الحصر الشامل.

        وقد خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج لعل أهمها ثبوت وجود أثر لحاضنات الأعمال على استدامة الشركات الناشئة بنسبة (31.5 %).

Abstract

This study assumes that there is an impact of business incubators on the sustainability of emerging companies in Yemen. For the purpose of knowing this impact, the study was applied to the capital, Sana’a, as it is the place where the incubators are located. The study adopted the quantitative approach through the descriptive analytical method. The questionnaire was used as the main tool for collecting data. After conducting validity and reliability tests, it was administered to the emerging companies that had previously been incubated in the business incubators in the capital secretariat Sana’a, amounting to (102) emerging companies, and they were selected using a comprehensive inventory method.

   The study produced a set of results, perhaps the most important of which was the evidence of an impact of business incubators on the sustainability of startup companies at a rate of (31.5%).
