هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مهارات استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي وعلاقتها بالأداء المالي في الاتحادات الرياضية في فلسطين: الابداع الإداري متغير وسيط، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من أعضاء الاتحادات الرياضية في فلسطين البالغ عددهم (312) عضواً، واستخدم الباحث الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، وبعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها سيتم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية تكونت من (192) مشاركاً، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى مهارات استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي لدى العاملين في الاتحادات الرياضية الفلسطينية كان متوسطاً، والأداء المالي متوسطاً، والإبداعي الإداري متوسطاً، كما أظهرت النتائج أن الأبداع الإداري يتوسط العلاقة بين مهارات استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي والأداء المالي.

Skills of Using Artificial Intelligence and their Relationship to Financial Performance in Sports Federations in Palestine: Administrative Creativity is a Mediating Variable

Abstract

The study aims to identify the skills of using artificial intelligence and its relationship to financial performance in sports federations in Palestine: administrative creativity as mediating variable. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, where the study community consisted of members of sports federations in Palestine, numbering (312) members. The researcher used questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. After verifying its validity and reliability, it was applied to a random sample consisting of (192) participants. The study concluded that the level of skills of using artificial intelligence among workers in Palestinian sports federations was average, financial performance was average, and administrative creativity was average. The results also showed that administrative creativity mediates the relationship between skills of using artificial intelligence and financial performance.
