معوقات تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي في وزارة الشباب والرياضة اليمنية

الملخص

يهدف البحث التعرف إلى المعوقات البشرية في تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي، ومعرفة المعوقات المالية في تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي، والمعوقات التقنية في تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي، والمعوقات الإدارية في تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي بوزارة الشباب والرياضة، واستخدام الباحثان المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة البحث، على عينة قوامها (65) موظف وموظفة، وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن المعوقات البشرية، والمعوقات المالية، والمعوقات التقنية، والمعوقات الإدارية في تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي بوزارة الشباب والرياضة، جاءت بدرجة عالية.

وجاءت توصيات البحث بضرورة زيادة الوعي الثقافي لدى الموظفين بأهمية استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي من خلال التخطيط والتنظيم الجيد، وتوفير الإمكانيات المالية والأجهزة والمعدات والبرامج والدورات التدريبية الخاصة بتطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي، مع توفير الكوادر المدربة والمتخصصة في هذا المجال، ووضع الرؤية المستقبلية حول تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي في وزارة الشباب والرياضة.

Obstacles to the Application of Artificial Intelligence in the Yemeni Ministry of Youth and Sport

Abstract

The study aims to identify human, financial, and administrative obstacles in the application of artificial intelligence at the Ministry of Youth and Sport. The researchers used the descriptive approach. The sample consisted of (65) male and female employees. The results of the study showed that human obstacles, financial obstacles, technical obstacles, and administrative obstacles in the application of artificial intelligence at the Ministry of Youth and Sport were of a high degree.

The study recommendations included the need to increase cultural awareness among employees of the importance of using artificial intelligence through good planning and organization, providing financial capabilities, devices, equipment, programs and training courses for the application of artificial intelligence, providing trained and specialized cadres in this field, and developing a future vision about the application of artificial intelligence in the Ministry of Youth and Sport.
