دور رقمنة الإدارة الرياضية في رفع مستوى الأداء في المنشآت الرياضية الجزائرية

الملخص

             تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الرقمنة الإدارة الرياضية في رفع مستوى الأداء في لمنشئات الرياضية دراسة ميدانية لمنشئات مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية بالجزائر العاصمة، وكذلك الكشف عن ابعاد الإدارة الرقمنة ومختلف متغيراتها التابعة والمؤثرة على نسبة رفع مستوى أداء لمنشئات مختلف المؤسسات الرياضة، كذلك الاحتكاك بمختلف فواعل الإدارة الرياضية في الجزائر وتنبيهها لأهمية رقمنة الإدارة.

             استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأخدت العينة مقصودة وتتمثل 74 عاملا وتم توزيع الاستبانة عليهم ، واستخدمنا في هذه الدراسة الاستبيان من أجل الوصول إلى قبول أو نفي فرضيات الدراسة ومن أجل كل هذا تم إعداد كل البيانات والمعطيات من أجل احصائها كمياً وكيفيا وبالتالي الإجابة على التساؤلات المطرحة الايجاد نتائج تلك البيانات استخدمت الطريقة الثلاثية من أجل إيجاد النسب المئوية الدالة، إضافة إلى استخدام أختباركا2 من أجل إيضاح الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية مستوى الدلالة ألفا= 0.05 وتم التوصل من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى:

• غياب بعض عناصر الإدارة الرقمية على مستوى أداء منشئات في المديرية.
• للإدارة الرقمية دور كبير لرفع مستوى أداء منشئات الرياضية لكن هناك اشكال في تطبيقها في المجال الرياضي وفي الجزائر بصفة عامة وذلك يعود لعدة إشكالات تحتاج لدراسة مستقلة.

The Role of Digitization of Sport Management in Raising the Level of Performance in Algerian Sport Facilities

Abstract

This study aims to know the role of digitization in sports management raising the level of performance in sports facilities. Afield study of the facilities of the Directorate of youth and Sports in the state of Algiers, as well as revealing the digitization of management and its various variables that depend on and influence the rate of raising the level of performance of various facilities and institutions. Sports, as well as contact with various actors of sports administration in Algeria and alerting them to the importance of digitizing them to the importance of digitizing the administration. 

          The descriptive analytical method was used, and, a purposeful sample consisting of 74 workers was selected. A questionnaire was distributed to them. The data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively.

         The k² test was used in order to clarify the statistically significant differences, the significance level, α=0.05. The study revealed that:

The absence of some elements of digital management at the level of performance of facilities in the directorate.

Digital management has a major role to play in raising the level of performance of sports facilities, but there are problems in its application in the sports field and in Algeria in general.
