"إشكالية المصطلح في العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بين الترجمة والتعريب"

الملخص

نسلّط الضوء في هذا البحث على إشكالية المصطلح المترجم والمعرّب في العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية في الدول المغاربية، ونكشف عن أدوات البحث التي لا بد للدول المغاربية من تضمينها في مناهجها ومؤسساتها البحثية في ظلّ الثورة الهائلة التي أحدثتها الشبكة، والكيفية التي يمكن أن تُعتمد في ترجمة البحوث في العلوم الاجتماعية وفق منهجية الترجمة أو التعريب، وقد اعتمدنا في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي والتاريخي بغرض تقديم التوصيات التي من شأنها أن ترتقي بالوضع المصطلحي مع ضرورة التوجه إلى العمل المشترك بين مؤسسات البحث العلمي في الدول المغاربية، وتوحيد المصطلحات العلمية وإخضاعها إلى الشروط العلمية، والاستفادة من التراث اللغوي العربي في مجال وضع المصطلح.

The problematic of Terminology in Human and social sciences; between Translation and Arabisation

In this research we try to shed the light upon the research in human and social sciences in the Maghreb countries between translation and Arabisation, what research tools the Maghreb countries must include in their curricula and research institutions in the light of the enormous knowledge revolution scattered in the net. Can all research in human and social sciences be translated; we have relied on the descriptive and historical method. One of the most important results of the research was the need to approach the joint work of scientific research institutions in the Maghreb countries, standardize scientific terminology and subject it to scientific requirements and take advantage of the Arab linguistic heritage in the development of the term.
