الرقمنة وتحقيق الريادة الأكاديمية في الجامعات: مراجعة أدبية تحليلية

الملخص

تواجه الجامعات اليوم تحديات متجددة بتجدد علوم العصر ومعارفه، وفي مقدمة تلك التحديات المنافسة بين الجامعات في البحث العلمي والبرامج التعليمية ناهيك عن تحديد العلاقة بين الجامعات والمجتمع. لذا تعتبر الريادة الأكاديمية هي القاعدة الأساسية التي تنطلق منها جودة وتميز الأداء الجامعي، وتحويلها إلى مشروعات توظف في ازدهار المجتمعات، وينظر للرقمنة كإحدى الآليات المستحدثة لتحسين وتطوير الأداء والخدمات وتوفيرها للمستفيدين بسهولة ويسر. وانطلاقًا من ذلك سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور الرقمنة في تحقيق الريادة الأكاديمية للجامعات، وذلك من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي لتحليل المحتوى لعدد من الأدبيات ذات العلاقة بموضوع الدراسة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى عددٍ من النتائج، أهمها: آفاق الرقمنة ليست محدودة بحدود الزمان أو المكان بل أنها تتميز بسرعة تحولها وتطور أفاقها وتغير مساراتها من خلال دعم الابتكار التعليمي، ورفع كفاءة العمليات الأكاديمية، وتعزيز التنافسية المؤسسية، وهو ما ينعكس على دورها في تحقيق الريادة الأكاديمية في الجامعات؛ غير أن ضعف البنية التحتية الرقمية، وشح الموارد المالية والبشرية المتخصصة، يمثلان أبرز معوقات تفعيلها. كما قدمت الدراسة نموذجا متكاملا للتحول الرقمي لتحقيق الريادة الأكاديمية (IDT-AE Model)  بعناصره: (المفاهيمية والقيادية، والتقنية والمالية، والبشرية والثقافية والأكاديمية والأخلاقية والمجتمعية) وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة توفير بنية تحتية رقمية متكاملة داخل الجامعات، وتطوير سياسات داعمة لتوطين التحول الرقمي، إلى جانب تدريب وتأهيل الكوادر الفنية والفكرية بما يتوافق مع المتطلبات التقنية الحديثة، ويسهم في تعزيز الريادة الأكاديمية وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة.

Digitization and Achieving Academic Leadership in Universities: An Analytical Literature Review

Abstract

Today, universities face renewed challenges with the renewal of the sciences of the era and their knowledge, with the forefront of these challenges being the competition among universities in scientific research and educational programs, not to mention the determination of the relationship between universities and society. Therefore, academic Entrepreneurial is considered the fundamental basis from which the quality and excellence of academic performance originate, transforming them into projects that contribute to the prosperity of societies. Digitalization is seen as one of the innovative mechanisms for enhancing and developing performance and services, making them easily accessible to beneficiaries. Based on this, the current study sought to understand the role of digitalization in achieving academic Entrepreneurial for universities, using a descriptive content analysis approach to a number of literature related to the study topic. The study concluded a number of results, the most important being that the prospects of digitalization are not limited by time or place, but are characterized by the rapidity of their transformation and the evolution of their prospects and the changing of their paths through supporting educational innovation, improving academic processes, and enhancing institutional competitiveness, all of which reflect on their role in achieving academic Entrepreneurial in universities. However, the weakness of the digital infrastructure, and the shortage of financial and specialized human resources, present obstacles.
