واقع الالتحاق ببرامج الدراسات العليا بجامعة عمران من وجهة نظر الهيئة الإدارية والأكاديمية

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الالتحاق ببرامج الدراسات العليا بجامعة عمران، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، واستبانة كأداة للدراسة اشتملت على(16) فقرة للالتحاق وأبعاده(التنسيق, القبول, التسجيل), تم تطبيقها على عينة من الهيئة الإدارية والأكاديمية بلغت(113) فرداً, وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: أن مستوى الالتحاق ببرامج الدراسات العليا بجامعة عمران جاء بدرجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي(2.93)، وانحراف معياري(0.72), كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة(α= 0.05) بين متوسط استجابة أفراد العينة حول مستوى الالتحاق بالدراسات العليا بجامعة عمران تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة ووجود فروق بالنسبة لمتغير المؤهل, وبناء على نتائج الدراسة، فقد أوصت بضرورة الاهتمام بالالتحاق ببرامج الدراسات العليا.

Abstract

     The study aimed to identify the reality of enrollment in postgraduate programs at Amran University. The study used the descriptive approach and used a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. It included (16 items) for enrollment and it was distributed over three dimensions (coordination - admission - registration). It was applied to a sample of the administrative and academic staff including (113) Individuals. The study came up with results, the most important of which are that: the level of enrollment in postgraduate programs at Amran University came in a moderate degree, with an arithmetic (Mean= 2.93), and a standard deviation (SD= 0.72). The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at (α = 0.05) between the average response of the respendants about the level of enrollment in postgraduate studies at Amran University due to the variables of the study and the existence of differences with regard to the qualification variable.
