لوعي الثقافي للمواطنة الرقمية لدى طلبة كلية التربية جامعة إب: مدخل لتلبية متطلبات العصر الرقمي

الملخص:
هدف البحث الى معرفة درجة الوعي الثقافي للمواطنة الرقمية لدى طلبة كلية التربية جامعة إب بوصفه من متطلبات العصر الرقمي. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبيه المسحي والتحليلي، حيث تم تطبيق استبانة على عينة عشوائية طبقية بلغ عدد أفرادها (333) طالب وطالبة من طلبة البكالوريوس في كلية التربية جامعة إب للعام الجامعي 2020/2021م، واشتملت الاستبانة على (27) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات هي: التعليم، الاحترام، الحماية. وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج من أبرزها:
أن درجة الوعي الثقافي للمواطنة الرقمية لدى طلبة كلية التربية جامعة إب كانت كبيرة بشكل عام، وفقاً للإجمالي العام لجميع مجالات البحث التي حصلت على متوسط حسابي بلغ (3.63)، وانحراف معياري يبلغ (0.40)؛ حيث حصل مجال الحماية على المرتبة الاولى ، بينما حصل مجال الاحترام في المرتبة الثانية، وحصل مجال التعليم في المرتبة الثالثة والأخيرة.
وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (α =0.05) بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة الوعي تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي لصالح الاناث في مجال الحماية.
توجد فروق داله إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (α =0.05) بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة الوعي تعزى لمتغير التخصص لصالح التخصص الانساني في مجال الحماية.
توجد فروق داله إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (α =0.05) بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة الوعي لمتغير المستوى الدراسي لصالح المستوى الاول في مجال الاحترام.
ويوصي البحث إلى عقد دورات تدريبية للطلبة واعضاء هيئة التدريس تستهدف زيادة وعيهم بحقوقهم وواجباتهم الرقمية، والعمل على تطوير مهاراتهم في توظيف الوسائط الرقمية بشكل ايجابي. علاوة على إجراء دراسات تتناول سبل تفعيل وإدخال المواطنة الرقمية في جميع المؤسسات التعليمية.

Cultural Awareness of Digital Citizenship among Students of Faculty of Education, Ibb University: An approach to meet the requirements of digital age

Abstract
This research aimed at identifying the degree of cultural awareness of digital citizenship among students of the Faculty of Education, Ibb University, as one of the requirements of the digital age. To achieve this aim, the descriptive method was used with its survey and analytical approaches. A questionnaire was applied to a stratified random sample of (333) undergraduate students at the faculty of Education, Ibb University for the academic year 2020/2021, and the questionnaire has included (27) distributed items, covering three dimensions, where are: education, respect and protection. The research has reached a number of results, the most important of which are:
The degree of cultural awareness of digital citizenship among students of the Faculty of Education at Ibb University was generally large, according to the general total of all research dimensions that obtained a mean with (3.63), and a standard deviation with (0.40). The dimension of protection ranked first, while the dimension of respect ranked second, and the dimension of education ranked third and last.
There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) between the arithmetic means of the degree of awareness due to the gender variable in favor of females in the dimension of protection.
There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) between the arithmetic means of the degree of awareness due to the variable of specialization in favor of the humanitarian specialization in the dimension of protection.
There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the arithmetic means of the degree of awareness of the academic level variable in favor of the first level in the dimension of respect.
The researcher has recommended holding training courses for students and faculty members aimed at increasing their awareness of their digital rights and duties, and working to develop their skills in employing digital media in a positive way. In addition to conducting studies dealing with ways to activate and introduce digital citizenship in all educational institutions.
