دور الريادة الاستراتيجية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لمدارس التعليم الأهلي في الجمهورية اليمنية

الملخص

هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على دور الريادة الاستراتيجية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لمدارس التعليم الأهلي في الجمهورية اليمنية، وذلك من خلال التعرف على الريادة الاستراتيجية وأبعادها، والتعرف على الميزة التنافسية وأبعادها، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات ومنها: إن الريادة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها (الرؤية الاستراتيجية, والابتكار والإبداع, والمرونة, والمجازفة وتحمل المخاطر, والاستباقية واغتنام الفرص, والتميز والتفرد, والتطوير والتحسين المستمر) تعد مدخلاً مهماً ذات  دور فعال في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية وتسريع نمو مدارس التعليم الأهلي في الجمهورية اليمنية ونجاحها في عصر يتسم بالتغيرات والتحولات المتسارعة، وذلك يظهر من خلال تحقيق، الجودة, والإبداع والابتكار, والكفاءة, والمرونة, والاستجابة لحاجات المستفيدين), ومجموعة من التوصيات التي قد تسهم في تميز مدارس التعليم الأهلي وتفوقها.

The Role of Strategic Entrepreneurship in Achieving Competitive Advantage of Special Education Schools in Republic of Yemen

     Abstract:  

This search aims to identify the role of strategic Entrepreneurship in achieving the competitive advantage of special educational schools in republic of Yemen, through identifying strategic Entrepreneurship with its dimensions, and identifying the competitive advantage with its dimensions the researcher used the analytical descriptive method, The researcher reached a number of conclusions, including: the strategic Entrepreneurship with its dimensions (strategic vision, innovation and creativity, flexibility, risk taking, anticipation and seizing opportunities, excellence and uniqueness, continuous development and improvement) are An important entry point that has an effective role in achieving competitive advantage and accelerating the growth of Special education schools in the republic of Yemen and their success at time characterized by rapid changes and transformation, which appears through the achievement of (quality, creativity, innovation, efficiency, flexibility, and response to the needs of beneficiaries) and many of recommendations which may contributes to the performance and excellence of Special education schools.
